Why does output/warnings come sliced into many lines?

Recently, I see more and more of this behaviour in Juno/Atom:

Does anybody know what is causing this problem?

I understand the console is being pretty dramatically reworked lately, so probably the best thing to do is sit tight until it gets merged.
