The Julia Language just wrapped up our inaugural year of being part of the MLH Fellowship. See here: GSoC 2020 Wrap-Up for a broad-strokes highlight.
MLH (Major League Hacking) announced that they will be doing cohorts of students in the Fall, Spring, and Summer. We are fortunate enough to be able to participate through MLH and host Julia students.
If you are the maintainer on an existing Julia project and want to mentor a fellow(s) 3-5 hours per month while they work with you on the project, please ping me on Slack or via email (logan@julialang.org) so we can get you onboarded. Our deadline for project submissions is this Friday.
