Pkg does not install any packages, complains about Artifacts

Hi, it seems that I cannot install any packages with the package manager.

I get the same error for any package:

(@v1.5) pkg> add Pluto
  Resolving package versions...
ERROR: Unsatisfiable requirements detected for package AssetRegistry [bf4720bc]:
 AssetRegistry [bf4720bc] log:
 ├─AssetRegistry [bf4720bc] has no known versions!
...

I even get the same error when I try to update

(@v1.5) pkg> update
ERROR: Unsatisfiable requirements detected for package AssetRegistry [bf4720bc]:
 AssetRegistry [bf4720bc] log:
 ├─AssetRegistry [bf4720bc] has no known versions!

any advice is appreciated.
