We have a new website for Makie, built with Franklin.jl
The new site has overview galleries for plotting functions and layoutables, and is organized a bit more clearly. It’s still a work in progress to document all the little bits and pieces of Makie, but I think we’re on a good path.

At least on the first tutorial the plots are saved as png. Since this is a webpage, using svg would look even better.

Sometimes svgs are just quite big, so it depends if sharpness or file size are more important
