For some time now, I’ve been noticing that both Julia master (compiled locally) and Julia nightly do not respond to key strokes when I run the Julia binary (with or without --startup-file=no). Once I press Ctrl-C, the problem disappears and Julia starts to behave normally. I cannot find any related issue on GitHub. Am I the only one having this issue?
OK, I’ve found out that this related to the terminal emulator I’m using (rxvt-unicode). It doesn’t interact well with some escape sequences that the REPL emits now.
