How to "reset" Juno?

Hello, by several weeks now I have Juno becoming very slow and freezing at line evaluation; apparently at random. So I have always to restart the session.

Which is the better way to completely reset Juno to start from a new state, possibly without resetting the whole Julia installation?

Ubuntu 18.04; Julia 1.2.latest, updated packages.

Juno doesn’t create caches that persist between Atom processes, thus “resetting Juno” wouldn’t help.
Can you elaborate when you experience the slowdowns ?

As I have experianced it, closing the “workspace” panel helps a lost in such cases.
