Trying to merge redundant Discourse tags

There are currently at least three tags relating to the Language Server Protocol:

https://discourse.julialang.org/tag/languageserver

https://discourse.julialang.org/tag/lsp

https://discourse.julialang.org/tag/language-server

The first one is more popular than the latter two, so I went through all topics tagged with lsp or language-server and retagged them with languageserver. I suppose there’s more that could be done here, something like making the two tags, that are now empty, make them just alias the languageserver tag, so they couldn’t be applied directly any more.

A similar situation existed with package-compiler and packagecompiler. Now the latter tag is empty, and should be deleted or something, I guess:

https://discourse.julialang.org/tag/packagecompiler

Another example is macros and macro. I tried to eliminate macro/merge it into macros, but hit the daily edit limit. EDIT: done, macro is empty now.

Thanks so much for doing all that! We can set tags as aliases and the system will auto-rename them, I think. If you find more sets let us know and we can try it.

Can you make types alias type? The former is now empty: Topics tagged types
