Is there another way to obtain one?

Yes! Download the SVG file, go to a local print shop, and have a few hundred printed. It is generally cheaper for small runs. I did this and I am very happy with the result:

I am beginning to think that the only way I can obtain some Julia stickers is to have them printed myself. Is there an SVG or PDF format file available that I could use for this? I will try to get an quote for an UV-resistant ink that does not fade, cut to a non-rectangular outline, and print a medium-sized quantity that I would be happy to give (Vienna, Budapest) or mail (Europe) to people.
