At Graystone Trading we’re building what we believe is the next generation of high frequency and systematic trading platforms, with Julia as its backbone. Over the last 3 years we bootstrapped the company with a small team of dedicated and experienced thinkers and tinkerers. We are now ready for our next phase of growth, and would like to invite any of you who have an interest in Julia or trading to come talk with us. We’re primarily looking to hire in Malta, and we’ll work to relocate new hires if necessary. Some our team are based in London and we plan to open an office there next year, so this is also option.

Graystone Trading is a systematic and quantitative financial trading company located in London and Malta. We build bespoke systems and conduct first principles research to gain an edge in the markets. Technology is core to our success, but ultimately an enabler for our people. We believe what drives our long term advantage is creating an environment where the best talent can efficiently collaborate, iterate, and maximize the impact of their ideas.
Our team in Malta are looking for driven and highly motivated individuals to join in our mission to grow our business globally. You will be early in your career, eager to learn from more experienced engineers and researchers in the trading space, and ready to apply yourself in a smaller firm to find what your skills are really made of.
