Research software engineer at AMAP, Montpellier (south of France)

We are recruiting a research engineer in software development for the analysis, modelling and simulation of plants (no particular knowledge on plants is required). Link for more details.

The position is open by CIRAD (French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development) at the AMAP joint research unit (botAny and Modeling of Plant Architecture and vegetation). You will join a multi-disciplinary group of plant ecophysiologists, botanists, modelers, and computer scientists. Montpellier is a city of 270,000 ideally located in the south of France, on the Mediterranean sea. With over 3,000 researchers, Montpellier is the largest European center for plant sciences and agronomy.
