We are still working on updating live.juliacon.org.
In the meantime could we make JuliaCon 2023 Streams will be on YouTube more visible on Discourse so people can find the stream.

I definitely agree JuliaCon needs more visibility, but I think we should specifically craft a more general banner message instead.
