The account you’re referring to (probably best not to post a link) is not an official account (if anyone does know who maintains it, please let me or one of the other stewards know at stewards@julialang.org).

AFAIK pornographic pictures go against the Twitter policy, so let us report abuse to Twitter. I have just done so, hopefully if there are enough of us doing this the response will be fast.
It would be useful to know who controls this account, though, since about 1000 people are subscribed to it.
The offending tweets seem to have been removed now.

Happening again – though seems specifically bc/o the use of the name “Julia” in the offending tweet, so plausibly an outlier.
