More convenient Julia document

Is it possible to add the content and URL at the beginning of some module as Qt document. This will save the beginning users a lot of time to find some functions. The following figures are the comparison between Qt and Julia documents.

Perhaps one could add an option to collapse all the function definitions, so that only a list of function names is visible. Clicking on any function would then expand its definition.
