Could anyone help to advise how could I install Julia Client in atom? Tried so many times, uninstall and install atom again, still can not install Julia client.

The code path hit in your screenshot is only a fallback that is used when we can’t download a package properly. Most likely this is either an issue with your internet connection or your antivirus software – check the former and disable the latter’s real time monitoring feature for the duration of the installation.
