how to zoom in the Plots in the Atom Plots Panel

Really small plots display
or can i make the plots in another new window
using gui() could not work for the default Plots package !

This is a GR related bug, see discussion here and the linked GitHub issue.

You can try the solution from the GitHub issue or alternatively switch Plots backend (pyplot() should work)
