How to record a video with WGLMakie/Atom without live plotting?

I’m using WGLMakie with Atom/Juno to record videos.

Is it possible to record videos without live plotting in Atom?

Sometimes I just want the video and live plotting seems like a drain on resources.

I hit the same problem yesterday. Did you figure out a solution?

I haven’t figured it out. I switch to CairoMakie sometimes when I don’t need the live rendering.

It seem like your related question has some traction so hopefully we can figure something out.
