How to have latex-like shortcuts in other documents also in VS Code?

Hello, in Atom I am used to benefit of Juno latex-like unicode also in non-julia documents, like in markdon documents that I write (and visualise under “markdown preview plus”) when I don’t want bother for full Latex equations.

In VSCode however the latex-like unicode character completion works only inside .jl documents. How can I use it also in .md sources ?

Ahh… found it: the VS Code “Unicode Latex” plugin that… guess what ? It uses the Julia list.

At least even if Julia would have never gets off the ground as a mainstream programming language, this autocompletion of unicode characters with a latex-like syntax is already a great contribution to humanity
