How can I change the Pluto notebook theme?

I genuinely failed to change the theme and I need help.

If I remember correctly, Pluto ships with a light and dark theme, and it’s tied to your system theme. I haven’t seen any custom user themes yet. Perhaps that is a feature that can be requested.
