Forem problems

A few weeks ago, Forem (https://forem.julialang.org/) was updated to the latest version.
Since then, I’ve been having significant problems using and moderating the platform. In my moderation work, I keep encountering the following:

It seems to be related to authentification. I use github authentification.

Anyone else see this? Any Forem admin who could investigate?

I may be related to having two logged in sessions on two different browsers (chrome+brave) at the same time and on the same windows PC.
I just reloaded from both browsers the page Julia Community 🟣 - Top posts this week and after reloading on both browsers this error occurs again on both browsers.
