[Cancelled] JuliaUserGroupMunich: Munich-Social on Google's Coding Competitions

Join us on :spiral_calendar: Thursday 27. October 2022 :clock630: 18:15 CEST
organized via meetup

This is the start of a new series: The Munich-Social series. We want to meet in-person and do some Julia stuff together.

With this JuliaUserGroupMunich has now three parallel series:

  • Share&Code, where speakers are invited
  • Fall-in-love-with-Julia, where I myself am presenting 101 introductions
  • :sparkles::new::sparkles: Munich-Social

Munich-Social: Google’s Coding Competitions with Julia
▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔
Let’s use Julia on some well-prepared example problems. We want to take a grasp at Google’s Coding Competitions. That itself is fun, and maybe you yourself may one day win a position on a Google Competitions’ leaderboard :nerd_face:.

We will together solve some problems from the kickstart competitions. You may want to create an account at Kick Start - Google’s Coding Competitions, but it is not required as all competition information will be shared.

due to too few participants we need to cancel this event.

Another try is planned in the following weeks.

Sad to hear that it had to be cancelled - Munich is a bit too out-of-they-way for me sadly, else I would have loved to join :confused:

I wish i could’ve come but this week i already made plans. Hope I’ll make it to the next one, love the idea.
