Like @vchuravy is likely to be interested in (LLVM, MLIR newsletter), @gdalle might be interested in graphs newsletter, could we have one for image-processing one too? or we want to focus on making just one newsletter work for starters(I am in for that too, to atleast first establish one solidly)?

I think a single newsletter allows for more visibility, but it could have thematic sections if they are warranted

The goal was to raise the visibility of the one newsletter. If we eventually grow into more that would be great, but not an immediate goal.
