Hi all, just wanted to bring to the community’s attention that the first ever city organised JuilaCon, is happening on the 1st of December 2023 in Eindhoven. The call for proposals is still open until the 1st of November so if you want to give a talk or know of someone who would be a great speaker forward this message:
As a side note, the talks will be recorded just like any other JuliaCon so you will go down in history:) More importantly the day before at the same location is PyData which has a startup track, so if you have a Julia based startup you are also welcome to share your story, just follow the call for proposals on the PyData Eindhoven 2023 site.
And of course given that JuliaCon Local is on a Friday… if you want to bring your family your are more than welcome to use the FREE day care we setup … JuliaCare, with professionals who can keep an eye on your 0-6 kids.
