Heads up: this is to let people know that if they have any PRs that they really want to get into Julia 1.11, the feature freeze for the 1.11 release will be on Monday, February 12th. There is some leeway with PRs that have been opened before this date and is just waiting on some final review.

The release-1.11 branch has now been created. There will be an alpha soon™ that can be installed with juliaup for people to try out if you don’t want to build from source.
