What to do about seemingly stranded package

I’ve wanted to update the Julia wrapper of Seaborn for a while because it’s been out of date for years, mainly since v0.11.0 was released in 2020. I finally took the time to try the update myself and submitted a PR, but there’s been no activity for almost 3 weeks.

How should I try to get it through? Try to contact package maintainers personally?

Well, I would first create an issue and explain what you want. If there is no reaction within a few days I would contact the maintainers via email…
