If you are following closely the development of 1.0, you should be able to tell us.
I am paying attention to the development, but my expectation when posting this message was to get some feedback from those involved in the development.

My assumption is: as this is currently unclear, even for the core developers, no date is published. When they get an idea/estimation, it will first show up on the github 1.0 milestone and a few minutes later as ANN in discourse.
