Many times (all?) when I write a plot call, I get VSCode to underline it as if it was a possible error in function call:

I think this is known, there are quite a few issues on false positives:
(including this one which is precisely about plot)
You can disable this check entirely if the false positive/true positive ratio is too high for you.
