Using many packages and including a file results in MethodError for AssertionError

error

In the process of developing something I ended up adding more and more packages, resulting in this long list of using. Now I’ll obviously remove the ones I don’t need, but thought it’s still worth reporting this strange error. While it’s the include statement that elicits the error, the actual contents of the included file doesn’t change anything (it can even be empty).
This is on Julia 0.6.2 (2017-12-13 18:08 UTC) with recently updated packages:
