Maybe some kind soul may help here with the package manager? A quick Howto to update the version of the Permutations package given by the package manager?
I responded over in the github thread, but basically the issue is that Permutations.jl needs to publish a new version. I suggested using attobot to automate that process, since it makes publishing new versions much easier.
