Just installed Julia 1.7 for Apple Binary.

STUNNING.

So incredibly fast on just “eye-balling” performance. Will do a couple unscientific benchmarks later.

Plots to GR almost blits to the screen first time! Plots to plotly to browser near instantaneous. Plots to plotlyjs marginally slower, but much faster than before. All the plotting stuff worked first time with no warning messages or hiccups. Thrilled.

Can’t wait to test out some real stuff.

Same observations here. A sequential modular process simulation on a 8 GB MacBook Air M1 some 15% faster than a Lenovo Legion 5 with 32 GB and AMD 5800. Plots (using GR) very snappy. Both used in the VSCode environment.
