Symposium “PIML Day: Methodological and theoretical advances in Physics-Informed Machine Learning" - Paris 15 April 2026

We are pleased to announce the symposium “PIML Day: Methodological and theoretical advances in Physics-Informed Machine Learning” on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The event will take place at the AgroParisTech campus in Palaiseau. The program will feature presentations by

  • Claire Boyer (Université Paris-Saclay)
  • Clémentine Courtès (Université de Strasbourg)
  • Lucas Drumetz (IMT Atlantique)
  • Lise Le Boudec (Sorbonne Université)
  • Jordan Patracone (Télécom Saint-Etienne)
  • Arnaud Vadeboncoeur (University of Cambridge)

This event is aimed at the various communities involved in PIML: machine learning, statistics, modeling/EDP, physics, etc. A poster session is planned for participants who wish to present their work. We strongly encourage doctoral and postdoctoral students to submit an abstract.

Registration is now open, free but mandatory, and the event is limited to 50 people. You will find the detailed program and the procedure on the website: https://pimlday26.sciencesconf.org/

Here is a reminder of the important dates:

  • Registration and submission opens: January 5, 2026
  • Closing date for submissions (posters): March 13, 2026
  • Closing date for registration: March 31, 2026
  • Independent tutorial on PINNs on Tuesday (afternoon), April 14, 2026, at AgroParisTech. Registration for the tutorial is independent from the main event, we will post informations on the dedicated webpage.
