Sudden errors on new install

All of a sudden I started getting errors in Pkg.install. I wiped my ~/.julia/v0.6 directory and started reinstalling packages. When I got to GraphIO.jl, I hit this (same error as before my wipe):

Any ideas what’s going on?

I am not sure if this is helpful (I have not used GraphIO before), but on julia0.6 and Windows 10 Pkg.add("GraphIO") ran successfully (I got some warnings about Compat.KERNEL being deprecated though).

using GraphIO works too (it also throws a number of deprecation warnings (as many other packages do)), although 1 test fails and 6 ‘error’ while 102 pass.
