I have installed CompatHelper with a version 3 requirement as suggested in the CompatHelper repository. However, a significant percentage of the time, the job fails because only Compat Helper versions 0.1.0-2.1.1 are available. An example is here: https://github.com/JuliaPOMDP/POMDPs.jl/runs/3327040837 . This failure seems to be random - sometimes it works fine. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have an explanation? Will it resolve itself?
