Just a heads up: it’s easier to help when you describe what you did in detail, show the code or shell commands you ran and the resulting error message (or describe the resulting unexpected behavior). “Unable to download the tarball” isn’t descriptive at all, a better version could be “I ran this command: blah-blah and got the following error message: blah-blah”.
