Julia 1.3.0 PDF missing

New to Julia

The link “https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JuliaLang/docs.julialang.org/assets/julia-1.3.0.pdf” on Julia Documentation · The Julia Language is invalid (404: Not Found). As a newbe to Julia I would like to have the most recent PDF but in between I use the Julia 1.2.0 PDF:)
