Please make url's with all extensions get hyper linked

Hello all, in this comment Parallel computing on M1 Max? - #4 by mindaslab , I thought discourse broke as frame.work is not hyperlinked. I raised an issue in discourse forum here Frame.work url doesn't get hyperlinked - support - Discourse Meta

The reply says some changes should be done to https://discourse.julialang.org to make it work properly. It will be great user experience if its done.

Already works if you include the protocol: https://frame.work/

Yeah, and you can always manually [frame.work](https://frame.work).

We just use the defaults there. I’m definitely not going to add them all given the proliferation of wonky TLDs combined with the likelihood of typing foo.bar or df.date or container.property (all valid URLs!) without backticks.

We could probably allow a few more common ones, but I don’t think it’s possible to opt-out of the autolinkification without using code formatting.
