We’re recruiting for two positions at the MAGI (Molecular Assemblies and Genome Integrity) team at I2BC (Institute for Integrative Biology of the Cell), within the ANR-funded SPPICES (Scoring and Predicting Protein Interactions and Conformations based on Evolutionary Signals) project. The project’s main software products are being developed in Julia, utilizing the MIToS package and packages from the BioJulia organization. Both roles bridge structural bioinformatics, protein evolution, and AI and will start on 1 September 2025 at I2BC campus in Gif-sur-Yvette, France. Successful candidates will work in the dry lab with local GPU/CPU clusters and national supercomputing facilities. I2BC is a joint research unit of CNRS, CEA, and Université Paris-Saclay. Applications from Julia programmers are highly welcome!
