Package registrator web UI is down

https://pkg.julialang.org/registrator/ redirects to https://eu.pkg.julialang.org/registrator/ which throws a 404. Thus I cannot register a package via the web UI.

I get an empty page instead.

Go to Juliahub.com, log in, and then click the register link.
