Package registration stuck after AutoMerge approval

I am struggling with JuliaRegistrator for updating packages. After getting the “AutoMerge Guidelines are all met!” and the green tick, is it just a matter of waiting? It does say approx 20 minutes, but my updates seem to be stuck for 1+ weeks. What am I missing?

NB. I probably messed something up with Registration requiring a 0.X+1.0 being a breaking change and editing to include the breaking notice
