Doing The Math has a position for a consultant with experience in optimization modeling.
We are a small group of consultants that offers support in quantitative decision support, both via development of software solutions and knowledge transfer (eg workshops). The focus of our applications lies in helping companies transition towards sustainable operations.
For this role, we are looking for someone with
- a degree (master, PhD) in Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or in a related field with an OR specialization
- programming experience (Python, Julia, R) and familiarity with open-source libraries (data processing, visualization) as well as MIP solvers (eg Gurobi, CBC, SCIP)
- location in European Union and comfortable working remotely
