Maybe this?

In the Readme page, you can see a demo for moving bodies, similar to your example (I’m not sure if it can take VIV into account, though, or if the movement is just a BC…)

Not quite what you are asking but Blevins book “Flow Induced Vibration” is an excellent study and gives many empirical equations.

Thanks, sorry for late reply, my internet very slow at day. I have added the package, I think it will help but the AMD library can’t be added
