It seems that the Julia nightlies used for Travis CI are tracking https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/commit/dc2459d186edd45202189fbe94ef78bec6322698 instead of master right now. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes. It’s the source of nightly test failures in some packages, like JuliaStats.
There’s a segfault on master that’s preventing nightlies from getting built. We’re looking into it.
