Migrate from Github to Gitlab

I recently migrate from Github to Gitlab.
What is the easiest way to change my packages urls from Github to Gitlab?
And how can I release new versions from Gitlab? In Github there is Registrator.jl robot. As far as i can see, it won’t in Gitlab…

          ### How do I transfer a package to an organization or another user?
          
           - Use the [GitHub transfer option][github-transfer] in the settings.
           - Make a pull request to [this repository](https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General/pulls) in which you edit the repo URL in the package's Package.toml file (e.g [E/Example/Package.toml](https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General/blob/master/E/Example/Package.toml#L3)).
           - If the PR is not attended to, or if you have any questions, you can ask for help in the `#pkg-registration` Slack channel.

(only second and third points apply)

My understanding is that the registrator in JuliaHub is the only option for GitLab users to do automated registrations
