Julia-client has a command to open the julia startup file, which still seems to point to .juliarc.jl instead of the new .julia/config/startup.jl
Are you sure you’re on julia-client v0.7.6? That bug should be fixed with that release (and is for me).
You’re right, it works. I had the latest julia-client but had probably not restarted the editor since it was updated. Sorry for the noise
