Title: Quantum Control Benchmarking Package
Description: There are an increasing number of packages within the Julia ecosystem to solve quantum control problems, GRAPE.jl, Piccolo.jl as examples. However it is difficult to compare the increasing number of quantum control problems and methods between the different packages. This proposal aims to address the following: 1. Identify a common set of well defined quantum control problems the community cares about, 2. Identify a common set of interfaces that would enable easy integration between existing packages, 3. Define a set of common benchmarks to measure performance of the control method.
