In the mean time you can still download v0.6.0. AFAIK the windows 0.6.1 binaries will be up later today with a corrected certificate.

It would be great if https://julialang-s3.julialang.org/bin/winnt/x64/0.6/julia-0.6-latest-win64.exe could point to something, right now all appveyor builds are broken…
