After upgrade to v1.4 from v1.3, I have this warning message: Warning: Pkg.installed() is deprecated. What should I use instead under Pkg v1.4?

This is a great suggestion. I’m usually of the rm -rf ~/.julia type but now I’m much wiser after reading your comment. While I don’t mind re-installing packages again, I do miss my repl_history when I start from scratch.

Not to come off as rude or anything but I think macOS is broken, at least for Catalina. I am opening a full thread on it, but I’m leaving this comment here as future reference.
For the record it works just fine for me on Catalina.
