Welcome to the community! The Pevzner et. al. book is also supported by https://rosalind.info, which has a bunch of the practice problems. We’re also slowly working on building tutorials for those over at BioTutorials in the BioJulia organization GitHub - BioJulia/BioTutorials: Tutorial Notebooks of BioJulia though the deployment is currently broken

I have converted to Julia, several Python scripts, perhaps they are useful
What is the actual link? When I tried replacing ‘dot’ (apart from the first one, that should be ://), I got ‘page-not-found’ error
