I like to announce two new github repositories.
The first one implements Bioinformatics Algorithms from the book “Bioinformatics Algorithms, 2nd and 3nd edition” of Pavel Pevzner et. all

The other one Deep Learning examples with the Flux framework:

Thanks! I’m wondering whether the Mamba 2 architecture would also be of interest to you. In a sense, is there perhaps any chance of obtaining a reference example of Mamba 2 as well?

And how is it going, if I may ask? Harder than expected? Is is the State Space Duality or maybe Flux not elastic enough?

I do not understand yet well the theory, I have currently other tasks, if I will return to it I will inform you
