Julia 1.3: unable to add/update packages

Dear folks,

when I try to add packages or to update existing ones in v(1.3) pkg> the procedures hang in Resolving package versions...

When I abort manually with ctrl+c the following error appears:

ERROR: Unable to automatically install 'CompilerSupportLibraries' from '/home/username/.julia/packages/CompilerSupportLibraries_jll/kmL78/Artifacts.toml'

Do you have any ideas how to fix that?

Are you sure? It might just be that there are big downloads.

Thanks, indeed, my internet connection seems to be very unstable today,… it worked after a long time waiting.
