TokenManager is a package that is used internally by JuliaPro. It seems something must have gone wrong with the installation here.

I have installed Julia v0.7.0, v1.0.x and JuliaPro. When I open JuliaPro this error does not happen, when opening Julia 1.0, x, or the version that I declare in the Path of julia-Client [x%20and%20JuliaPro]
